Essential Commuter
We understand how important it is to have your daily commute running smooth and safe for the roads. With this service we will: check over your bike ensuring that your gears, brakes and headset are all torqued, aligned and adjusted to manufacturer specifications and that your daily commute comes back shining. Please note that any replacement parts will be in addition to the labour charge and will be discussed in person by our professional mechanics prior to instalment.
General Service
Our General Service includes everything from our Essential Commuter plus ensures your drive train is thoroughly cleaned, degreased and re-lubed, that any minor wheel misalignments are trued and that bottom brackets, headsets and hubs are inspected and adjusted.
E-Bike Service
Our workshops are fitted with the latest Giant e-bike Diagnostics tools and our team will be able to run a quick check to ensure that everything is correct to manufacturer standards. After checking diagnostics reports our mechanics will then proceed to wash your e-bike using a waterless wash, align and adjust gears and brakes and check to see that your headset is tight and bottom bracket is in good working order.
Premium Service
If you love your bike looking its best this service is recommended for you! Our Premium Service will have our mechanics, stripping your bike back to the frame, before inspecting, cleaning and re-lubing all components before re-assembly. Brake Pads will be replaced*and hydraulic systems flushed, and all gear cables and cable housing replaced. Please note that all replacement parts are not included except for cables and will be an additional fee to the price of the service charge.
