Senior Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to work in our bicycle store Giant Essendon. This is an amazing opportunity in brand new renovated stores which have a great history with the local community. We are continuing to grow our store network and we require a full-time proactive and skilled Sales Representative.

About the role and responsibilities:

• Work to deliver on all performance objectives whilst creating a positive and growing store culture.
• Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI’s
• Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximize sales
• Strong skills in customer experience culture including after sales support.
• Ensure customer excellence standards by implementing our customer experience roadmap, supporting a culture shift within our teams.
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
• Experience in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising, Stock Control and Retail Operations.
• Some mechanical work.
• Must be able to work on Saturday

About you:

• You will have a minimum of 3 years as an experienced Sales Representative.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a workshop environment is desirable.
• Proven sales record and experience working to meet KPI's is essential.
• You have a passion for bicycles, the industry and people.
• You’re all about delivering great customer experiences.
• You have strong knowledge and are passionate about the bicycle industry.
• You have a positive attitude, are reliable and thrive in a high-paced environment centered around well-being.
• Have a willingness to learn, work as a team and lead a team.
• Highly organized, strong time management skills and proactive.
• You’re a clear communicator, dedicated, driven and motivated.
